IoSR Privacy Notice: Undergraduate Admissions
The IoSR processes data about undergraduate-programme applicants in order to administer its admissions processes. Data include information from the UCAS application form, applicant number, application status, interview details/notes (if applicable), audition notes (if applicable), additional test scores (if applicable), and offer information (if applicable). These data are accessible by staff directly involved in the admissions process.
In accordance with University policy, data relating to unsuccessful applicants and those declining offers are kept for one year after the year of application; data relating to applicants enrolling as students are kept until the student's relationship with the University ends. Some statistical data are kept for longer periods in order to facilitate long-term monitoring and improvement of the admissions processes. These statistical data are anonymous: data elements that might allow identification of an individual (e.g. name, applicant number, contact details, UCAS number, personal statement, interview/audition notes) are deleted.
